Refund Policy

Services & Session Bookings

All holistic services—including Intuitive Tarot Readings, Immersive Sound Baths, Hypnotherapy, and Energy Healing sessions—represent a dedicated investment of time, preparation, and energetic space.

  • No Refunds on Services: Once a session or event has been fully rendered, it is strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel a private booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a partial or full cancellation fee.

Physical Products & Merchandise

We want you to completely align with the items you bring into your space. For tangible possessions purchased directly from our market booth or digital shop (such as raw gems, crystals, and holistic tools):

  • Returns & Exchanges: Unused, unaltered physical products in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of payment.

  • Final Sale Items: For energetic and hygienic reasons, certain custom items or specially curated crystal sets may be designated as final sale. Any final sale items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
